👋 How LandToKeys works
1. Pick a phase — use the left sidebar to navigate your 8 build phases in order, from Land Selection to Construction Management.
2. Work through the checklist — check items off as you complete them. Click ▼ Track progress / add notes on any item to log contacts, costs, dates, and notes.
3. Check your costs — the $ Cost Estimates tab shows real cost ranges for every phase so you can budget accurately.
4. Ask the Expert — the 🤖 Ask the Expert tab gives you AI answers based on real GC experience (Pro plan).
5. Review before you proceed — use the AI phase review at the bottom of each checklist before moving to the next phase.
Free plan includes all 16 items of Phase 1. Upgrade to Lite or Pro to track progress and unlock all 8 phases.
