These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LandToKeys, operated by B A Construction ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at app.landtokeys.com or our website at landtokeys.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LandToKeys is a software platform designed to help owner-builders navigate the home construction process. By using the platform you agree to:
LandToKeys offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at hellolandtokeys@gmail.com for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Document templates provided in LandToKeys (lien waivers, change orders, subcontractor agreements, etc.) are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal documents and have not been reviewed by an attorney for your specific jurisdiction. We strongly recommend having any contracts or legal documents reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.
All content on LandToKeys — including checklist items, cost data, AI prompts, document templates, and platform code — is the property of B A Construction and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your personal data (notes, progress, contacts, costs) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of information you enter into the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandToKeys and B A Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to construction decisions, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
